I find myself searching for pieces of her
In places where she doesn’t even belong
Deep in my soul
Within my core
I can find those pieces in seconds like i’ve developed a sixth sense for that shit
I try to find those pieces within myself
Her name
Her smile
Her soft lips
Her eyes
And I piece together this image of her I made up with these pieces I’ve found like she’s my Puzzle
But she’s more than a puzzle, or a goal, she’s a human
And since I know she’s more than a goal
I have to let her go
And leave the puzzle alone
With the image I made
And bring the human to life
In places where she doesn’t even belong
Deep in my soul
Within my core
I can find those pieces in seconds like i’ve developed a sixth sense for that shit
I try to find those pieces within myself
Her name
Her smile
Her soft lips
Her eyes
And I piece together this image of her I made up with these pieces I’ve found like she’s my Puzzle
But she’s more than a puzzle, or a goal, she’s a human
And since I know she’s more than a goal
I have to let her go
And leave the puzzle alone
With the image I made
And bring the human to life
