I hate baked cheesecake. When I go to the Cheesecake Factory, I don’t get cheesecake. Those cheesecakes that they sell in boxes? Give me oreo or it’s mid. I just don’t like the dry texture and lackluster flavor of baked cheesecake. But do you know what I do like?
No-Bake Cheesecake -- my own personal recipe.
It’s smooth, decadent, and absolutely delicious. It’s a little unique in flavor, but I love it. And the best part? Every day that you leave it in the fridge, it gets better and better. Don’t believe me? Try it!

Cooking Instructions:
Oh, I see. So you wanna spice it up, huh? Getting bored of those same old cheesecake flavors? No, I feel you. You’re a bit extra. I like that.
Add Some Pizzazz:

Hand mixer
Large mixing bowl

Cooking Instructions:
- Place your softened cream cheese and pour your condensed milk into a bowl and mix with your hand mixer. Don’t worry, cheese is just spoilt milk anyways, so it’s fine to leave it out overnight. If you refrigerate it beforehand, it’ll leave clumps in your cheesecake.
- Once your cream cheese and condensed milk are fully mixed and smooth, pour in your lemon juice and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour your batter into your graham cracker crust and place in the fridge overnight (approximately 8-10 hours, but I’d do longer just to be safe. This is best made the day before you want to eat it).
- Enjoy the next day, with or without toppings!

Add Some Pizzazz:
- Add chocolate or caramel sauce (or both!)
- Add chopped nuts (pecans are great with this)
- Fold caramel or cookie crumbs into your cheesecake batter with a spoon
- Make a homemade oreo crust instead of graham crackers
- Plop some good ol’ fashioned whipped cream on top
