We all have our own personal taste in music. Mine ranges from Italian rock to Disney, and so much more. Along with these music tastes, there are different artists that are known for their different styles. Everyone has their favorites, but I’m going to talk about my top 10 artists.
10. Disney
“Love is an open door”
I have loved Disney since I was a little kid. I will always listen to every single Disney song because it is something that connects me to my childhood. I remember listening to all of the Little Mermaid songs and dancing along to them while watching the movie. However, even though I love Disney and listen to a lot of the songs from the different movies, it is still ranked pretty low. I feel like the reason for this is because it’s something that I will hold and cherish forever, but it is just not something that I want to listen to every day.

As much as I love listening to Mother Mother, I don’t listen to that many of their songs. This basically means that I can’t rank them that high because I can only really judge them on like, four songs. But all in all, I just love the rhythm and the singing. I am not kidding when I say that even though these songs have some weird meanings, their voices can put me right to sleep. Let’s just say that they are my comfort band because I listen to them when I want to sleep, cry, or just listen to something different and exciting.

She literally has a chokehold on the entire world at this point because of her tour. Now, even though I just went on a rant about why I love her, let's talk about why she is ranked on the lower side of the list. I put her all the way down because I feel like I don’t listen to her as much as these other artists/groups. If I knew more of her songs, she would definitely be placed up higher.

She is one of the most inspirational singers out there because she makes people, especially women, feel like they’re the only person in the whole world. I literally have the same reaction with her and Taylor because I listen to them a lot, but I don’t know enough songs. Despite that, we can safely say that Karol G is above Taylor because I’ve been listening to her more than Taylor lately.

6. Vicente Fernandez
“Es muy bonito Jalisco”
I was born and raised Mexican, so this one could be self explanatory. Vicente Fernandez was an amazing mariachi artist who had such a powerful voice. Every Mexican household knows that your mom will blast his music every Saturday morning when cleaning. I feel like I also connect with him on a different level because we’re both from Jalisco. And this may seem a bit stupid, but I feel like this gives his songs about Jalisco a different tone. He wasn’t that hard to place because I knew that I listened to him a lot, and I just felt like I could relate to his songs in a different way.

This is like my white girl music. I literally listen to Arctic Monkeys on repeat all day because Alex Turner is just that good. I am not kidding when I say that they have a literal chokehold on me. Like, first of all he’s hot, and second of all he has one of the most angelic voices ever. There is literally nothing else to say because they speak for themselves.

Aaaand we’re back with One Direction. They are literally the most perfect band and you cannot tell me otherwise. Unlike with Disney, I am literally always listening to One Direction because they are just that good. Like, they are beautiful and their voices pretty much speak for themselves. I will just say it one more time: I think that One Direction has to get back together. But let's stray away from that topic for a bit. 1D has a chokehold on the whole world. Like, if you know a Taylor Swift song, you have to know a One Direction one as well. They are just so beautiful, and I wish that they could create new music so that we can hear their beautiful and harmonic voices together again.

We can all agree that he is probably one of the most successful solo artists because there are so many people that love his voice and personality. He is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet because he actually gives his fans the time of day so that they feel loved. He also does well with his music because he makes sure that his fans know that no matter what, he is always going to be there for us. He does this by writing lyrics that actually make people cry, since they know that they have someone taking care of them in a spiritual way.

They are another group that I listen to all day every day and never get tired of.
